Thank you for using www.wearquality.cc website. The use of the website and wearquality.cc is governed by the following terms and conditions. Company Bulgaria Parcel Crown LTD owns the “wearquality.cc, Pernik, Varna Str., 5, Bulgaria.

 Please read them carefully before using the website (the “wearquality.cc”). 

By using the www.wearquality.cc and placing orders thereon, you agree to the terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy & Security.

www.wearquality.cc reserves the right to alter or modify these terms and conditions from time to time. You are responsible for keeping updated with any changes. The date of the latest update can be found at the end of these terms and conditions

The www.wearquality.cc is operated by (“wearquality.cc”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to www.wearquality.cc

ORDER AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Wearquality.cc’s products are ordered at www. wearquality.cc or through our customer service. Binding agreement for the purchase of products is concluded when you get confirmation of your order to the e-mail address you have stated. Through placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. 

PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

Prices in the www.wearquality.cc are displayed in EUR. For shipment within EU, prices include VAT. For shipping outside of EU VAT and will be added, depending on shipping address. Costs for shipping and invoice will be displayed when you check out.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • PayPal
  • Wire payment

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and to prevent fraud. There is no charge for payment with credit or debit card.

When choosing payment with invoice you can order to your registered address only and you must be 18 years old at the time of ordering. A credit check is done on all customers paying with invoice. 

DELIVERY TERMS

www.wearquality.cc directs all its efforts towards ensuring full customer satisfaction. Shipment is a fundamental part of our service fulfilment, which is why we ensure a 10 business days delivery. You will be informed via email in case of your purchase delivery delay. Please note that the lapse of time mentioned does not include the period reserved for processing your order.

www.wearquality.cc offers standard shipping of 10 EUR cost everyday within EUROPE UNION borders. This shipping offer excludes shipping outside EU borders and Orders under €5, unless otherwise mentioned in the Individual Product Page.

In order to avoid customer dissatisfaction and all possible disagreements, we advise you to contact us directly via our phone number or via our e-mail before placing an order which requires international delivery. We will provide all necessary details concerning availability, estimated shipping time, methods of delivery and applicable costs.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item you have purchased from the www.wearquality.cc you have the option to do so within 14 days after you have received the item. You will receive a full refund for the item, excluding shipping charges within 10 business days from the time we received the item. But it will probably go a lot faster. As soon as we have received the return we will inform you by e-mail.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or to the bank account you transferred the payment from. If you paid with invoice we will credit the first invoice and you will get a new one sent to you by e-mail. If the complete order is returned a refund will include the shipping cost.

You are only allowed to return an item purchased from the www.wearquality.cc  if it is in perfect condition. This means that the item is new, unused and has its price tag and labels fully intact. The original packaging shall also be returned. The wearquality.cc does not accept returns if an item is used, dirty, washed or damaged in any other way. If an item is returned and is damaged in any way the item will be returned to the customer. At the moment we do not provide free returns.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

When we ship your products, we do our best to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect item, please contact customer service by e-mail and we will help you: info@wearquality.cc

The claim shall be made immediately when you discover the defect. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct.

You will receive a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item and all shipping costs. You will receive your refund within 10 days from the time we received the item. 

FORCE MAJEURE

www.wearquality.cc shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such performances are prevented, restricted or interfered with for any reason beyond the reasonable control of wearquality.cc, including but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, strike or other casualty or accident (“Force Majeure”).
